The Challenge: 

As a result of a spin-off, this decades-old brand needed to hire multiple positions in a wide variety of roles, ranging from corporate functions to engineers. Internal resources were strained with one capable, but overburdened recruitment manager handling a number of positions. The company needed help in sourcing and qualifying candidates, leaving the recruitment manager free to maintain hiring manager relationships.  


Over the course of the project, TalentRISE recruiters sourced over 650 candidates in 90 days of which 35 have been submitted to date for open roles. Of those, four were hired immediately which has already saved $10K to date versus using a contingency search firm. As the company continues to fill positions by drawing upon this candidate pool, the savings compared to using contingency firms will continue to grow.
