A Fortune 500 provider of integrated information technology solutions in the U.S. and Canada.

The Challenge

The client needed to hire up to 100 inside sales positions monthly in three remote market call centers and the Chicago metro corporate office. These were entry level, inside sales call center positions requiring some knowledge of electronics.


By running recruiting campaigns in each market that included proactive sourcing and targeted job postings, TalentRISE was able to drive active candidate flow. Over 120 hires were made in 120 days and 98% of all open training class seats were filled monthly; a significant increase from 75% previously. We also improved bi-lingual and diversity hires by 20% in select markets.
