Our client is one of the largest credit card issuers in the U.S. and also offers private student loans, personal loans, home equity loans, checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit and money market accounts through its direct banking business.
In addition to needing a new model to transform how internal sourcing works, the client also needed help with filling financial analyst and risk management roles up to the Senior Manager level.
After being involved in a 90-day pilot to design the internal model, TalentRISE developed a pipeline sourcing strategy, shared competitive intelligence on compensation and brand perception with leadership and recommended sourcing performance metrics. We also created a database of over 4,500 financial analysts, risk management professionals, data modelers and compliance professionals. The efforts yielded an average of three to ten qualified candidates per week, depending upon position level. Another initiative was an online career fair campaign in support of a hiring blitz.
