Our client needed support to handle hiring spikes in one of their most challenging business units, Strategic Marketing Services. Initially, TalentRISE was hired to conduct a comprehensive recruitment assessment which then led the client to hire us to provide On-Demand services to pilot a dedicated sourcing function for that business unit.
Our client consistently exceeded goals over a 12+ month term as we worked to fill over 25 mid- to senior level marketing strategy and mid-level management jobs. We filled 20 key positions at an interview-to-hire ratio of 3:1 and over 80% savings in search fees.
