The Arthur Andersen Alumni Newsletter recently published an article on the critical role relationships play when selecting an executive search firm. That comes through, loud and clear, in the latest TalentRISE 2014 Recruiting Innovations and Best Practices Survey. Conducted with technical assistance from the Illinois Institute of Technology, the survey shows that the top reason organizations select one executive search firm over another is a prior relationship with an individual at that firm.
