Recently published in the National ACHE (American College of Healthcare Executives) Consultants’ Forum, newsletter, this article answers the question, “Why are some healthcare consultants more successful than others?”  Having worked in executive search consulting for more than 20 years, I agree that the difference between an average consultant and a great one can be hard to pinpoint. But the key is to understand what I call “Consulting DNA”.
