We are excited to announce that Mr. Michael McElherne has joined our client, Dohmen Life Science Services (DLSS) in Milwaukee, as the Director of Talent Acquisition effective June 15, 2015.

Michael will report to Kalvin Davies, Chief Human Resources Officer for DLSS.  Most recently, Michael was the Vice President of Talent Acquisition with Waterstone Mortgage leading all recruiting activities for one of the nation’s top mortgage lenders for the past 3 years. Michael has an undergraduate degree from Fort Lewis College in Colorado. and a MBA from Keller Graduate School of Business. Michael and his family reside in a Milwaukee suburb. The search was conducted by J. James O’Malley, Partner, TalentRISE, LLC.
