We are excited to announce that our client SC Johnson has hired Elaine Rudolphi beginning June 19th to be the Director of Manufacturing Operations for their Bay City, MI facility, reporting to Mark Shipley, Senior Director and Head of Manufacturing Operations in N.A. for SC Johnson.

Elaine was most recently the Director of Operation for IsoNova Technologies, overseeing manufacturing across three states. She has held a series of progressively more responsible roles throughout her career with companies like Conagra, Rockwell Collins and General Mills.  Elaine began her career serving our county in the United States Army Corps of Engineers, leaving the Army with the rank of Captain.  Elaine earned a M.S. Engineering Management, University of Missouri, Rolla, and a B.S. Engineering and Public Policy from Washington University, St. Louis, MO. She and her husband will relocate to the Bay City, MI area.
