According to research completed within the last 12 months by Towers-Watson, companies continue to find it challenging to hire good talent.

  • 66% have problems attracting critical-skill employees
  • 49% have trouble attracting high-potential employees
  • 41% have problems retaining critical-skill employees

No doubt about it – these are times of unprecedented change.  Together with my co-presenter Shawn Fitzgerald of Cadence Health, we’ll address ways to survive and thrive in this “new normal” environment in a session scheduled at the IHRIM HRMS Strategies Conference and Technology Expo.

The conference takes place June 1-4 in Anaheim, CA. If you can’t attend but would like a copy of our presentation after the conference, please email me at gaylenorton@talentrise.com.
